Official Press Release

BuyIndieComics.com received the below notice that DUST: Withered Earth is available for purchase and we had to share it.

Dropping you a quick little update.

I am very excited to announce that after a few months of tweaking and finagling, I am finally able to offer the DUST: Withered Earth trade paperback as a purchasable item in my store.

Those of you who have known me a while know that this book has gone back and forth from available to not for a very long time. This is it. It is finally ready.

Written by JAMES NINNESS
Art by JOHN NARCOMEY

172 pgs, FC, $19.99 (PRINT) $5.99 (DIGITAL) – RATED 18+

If you haven’t heard of DUST, it’s a post-apocalyptic tale that follows Jim Dust as he aids Deborah Adams through a dystopian landscape full of cannibals, pirates, mercenaries, and mutants. While thematically a Western, DUST teeters on the edge of sci-fi and horror on more than one occasion. There is violence and nudity and cussing and violence. And violence. It is most certainly intended for those of an age to purchase cigarettes.

There are two ways for you to consume DUST.

For the digital fiends out there, I am offering the entire file as a PDF for a mere $5.99. Yup. That’s it. Everything that comes with the printed version, but as a digital file, can be yours for a mere six bucks.

For the traditionalists, those who prefer flipping pages to punching keys, I am offering the book in print for $19.99 – not the $24.99 price tag that Keyleaf was originally advertising. Getting the price under twenty dollars was one of the reasons it took so long to get together. But rest assured, you are getting everything Keyleaf was offering. The only thing that has been trimmed is the price tag.

On Wednesday, January 23, John and I will be at 4 Color Fantasies with plenty of books in stock, selling and signing.

That following weekend, I will be at a table at the Amazing Arizona Comic Con. This is one of my favorite shows of the year, managed, as always, by the brothers supreme, Bill and Jimmy Jay.
